“Liam FitzPatrick is a change communication expert with 25 years of experience helping organisations communicate well through periods of disruption, drawing on time spent both in-house and in consultancy. He has advised leadership teams across civil engineering, energy, manufacturing, transportation and telecoms. He also served as Global Head of Internal Communication at Marconi during its financial restructuring; this experience shapes his focus on change and transformation communication in high-stakes environments.

Liam is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations and Vice Chair of the IABC’s Global Communication Certification Council, with a particular interest in team development, research and planning. He co-founded the Black Belt training series for internal communicators and co-authored the definitive competency model for the profession; this work continues to shape how internal communication is taught and practiced today.
