Liz is an award-winning communications expert specializing in a variety of sectors including energy, finance, banking, aviation, telecom and hospitality with more than 35 years experience in various communications practices. Liz has been recognized as one of Malaysia’s leading communication strategists in corporate GLCs, multinationals and consultancy, with a deep understanding of the geopolitical landscape and a track record in developing sophisticated reputation campaigns. Notable client experience including crisis management for one of the world’s oldest provident funds; communications audits for four major GLCs; and communication strategies for major multinationals and corporate GLCs. Liz is an Adjunct Professor, recognition given by Multimedia University (MMU) for her contribution to architect the syllabus for its Bachelor and Masters programmes in Strategic Comms. MMU’s best student award is named “Permata Liz Kamaruddin Communications Excellence Award”.
